L\u2019\u00e9tape du Trans Swiss Trail arrivant en ville de Berne pr\u00e9voit de partir depuis Laupen, donc d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans le canton de Berne. Mais pour des raisons de confort, nous avions d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de passer la nuit \u00e0 B\u00f6singen, village voisin du canton de Fribourg. Le choix \u00e9tait bon, puisque l\u2019\u00e9tablissement \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s accueillant et la nourriture de qualit\u00e9.<\/p>

Ainsi le matin, nous avons d\u00fb faire quelques pas de plus pour arriver au pont sur la Singine, juste en face de Laupen. Malheureusement, nous n\u2019avons pas eu le temps de visiter ce petit bourg, mais les quelques coups d\u2019\u0153il que nous avions eu laissent pr\u00e9sager d\u2019une belle d\u00e9couverte. Une petite visite est donc \u00e0 programmer pour une prochaine occasion.<\/p>

Depuis Laupen, le sentier suit la Singine et, m\u00eame s\u2019il y a la pr\u00e9sence de l\u2019eau qui coule, je dois avouer que c\u2019est tr\u00e8s monotone et ce, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Neuenegg.<\/p>

Plus loin, je craignais que ce soit tout aussi monotone, pour avoir pass\u00e9 souvent pr\u00e8s de Flamatt, que ce soit en train ou en suivant l\u2019autoroute. Mais la Singine est loin des voies de communication, et on se trouve dans un serpent de verdure suivant la rivi\u00e8re. En-dessous de Th\u00f6rishaus, on passe alors sous le pont du chemin de fer (et je ne verrai plus du tout les choses du m\u00eame \u0153il en passant par-l\u00e0), et on suit encore un bout de la Singine jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la Sensematt.<\/p>

A partir de l\u00e0, on quitte la vall\u00e9e de la Singine pour monter \u00e0 travers un fort joli vallon\u00a0: le Scherligrabe. Certes, cela grimpe plus que le long de la Singine, mais le paysage \u00e9tant plus vari\u00e9, on prend plaisir \u00e0 transpirer un peu. Le Scherligrabe est assez encaiss\u00e9 et ombrageux au d\u00e9but, mais lorsque l\u2019on arrive \u00e0 Grabenm\u00fchle, le vallon s\u2019ouvre de plus en plus et on jouit d\u2019une vue de plus en plus large. Au-dessus de Mengestorf, on peut alors profiter des points de vue sur la r\u00e9gion du Gantrisch.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 la for\u00eat du M\u00e4ngistorfberg, on ne tarde pas \u00e0 arriver dans les faubourgs de Berne, \u00e0 K\u00f6niz. Au d\u00e9but, le contraste n\u2019est pas trop violent, mais c\u2019est en arrivant \u00e0 Hardegg apr\u00e8s avoir contourn\u00e9 le quartier de villas de Liebefeld, que l\u2019on est agress\u00e9 par le bruit. Faut dire que la Turnierstrasse, que l\u2019on doit traverser, est tr\u00e8s fr\u00e9quent\u00e9e. Il faut alors encore un petit effort pour se rendre \u00e0 la gare de Berne\u2026 et prendre le train.<\/p>
