<\/p>

Die Route des L\u00f6tschberg-Panoramawegs beginnt in Kiental und f\u00fchrt in vier Etappen bis zur Fafleralp im L\u00f6tschental. Auf dem Weg wird der L\u00f6tschenpass \u00fcberwunden, der vor nicht allzu langer Zeit noch als Alpine Tour galt, da man damals noch \u00fcber einen Gletscherabschnitt laufen musste. In den letzten Jahren ist diese \u00dcberquerung, wie an vielen Orten, aufgrund des R\u00fcckzugs der Gletscher zu einem Bergwandertour geworden.<\/p>

Die hier beschriebene Etappe ist die erste auf dieser Route und f\u00fchrt von Kiental aus bergw\u00e4rts in das Kandertal.<\/p>

Zun\u00e4chst geht es steil bergw\u00e4rts nach Ramslauenen. Auf der Karte ist ersichtlich, dass eine Sesselbahn bis zum Bergrestaurant f\u00fchrt. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass die Sesselbahn nur dann in Betrieb ist, wenn das Restaurant ge\u00f6ffnet hat. Da es ein Montag war und das Restaurant geschlossen hatte, mussten wir die zus\u00e4tzlichen 550 H\u00f6henmeter zu Fuss \u00fcberwinden. Vom Restaurant aus geht es noch ein St\u00fcckchen bergw\u00e4rts, bis man auf einen guten, fast ebenen Pfad kommt, der den Hang entlangf\u00fchrt.<\/p>

Nach einer Weile durch den Wald hindurch, gelangt man auf eine kleine Alp unter dem Bachwald. Von dort aus wird die Aussicht breiter. Nicht nur das Kander-Talgrundst\u00fcck ist zu sehen, sondern auch ein St\u00fcck Thunersee und der dahinter liegender Berg: der Sigriswilergrat. Nachdem wir die Biegung des Grates, der vom Gehrihore herunterkommt, umgangen haben, geht es wieder bergw\u00e4rts in das andere Tal hinein. Das Weiterkommen kann man an den Ortschaften im Talgrund ablesen, insbesondere an Frutigen.<\/p>

Der wenig steile Abschnitt zwischen Ramslauenen und A Schlafegg wird von dort aus durch viele Auf- und Abstiege unterbrochen. Manchmal muss man absteigen, um ein Tal zu \u00fcberqueren und manchmal steigt man wieder auf, um die Bahnlinie zu umgehen. An einer Stelle hat man einen sch\u00f6nen Blick auf die Ruine der Felsenburg, die von der Bahn aus gut sichtbar ist.<\/p>

Oberhalb von Mittholz geht es noch steil bergw\u00e4rts, um verschiedene Runsen zu \u00fcberqueren. Weiter unten geht es auf den Fussweg, der zum Bahngleis f\u00fchrt. Von dort aus geht es weiter auf die Strasse, die nach Kandersteg und zum Auto-Umstellplatz f\u00fchrt.<\/p>
