<\/p>

L\u2019Aar, avant de traverser la ville d\u2019Olten, se fraie un chemin \u00e0 travers un premier contrefort du Jura. En regardant la carte, on a l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une cluse. Sur la rive gauche de celle-ci se trouve le Born et sur la droite, la montagne de Engelberg. Cette premi\u00e8re colline pr\u00e9sente une face abrupte dominant l\u2019Aar et la bourgade d\u2019Aarburg.<\/p>

Quelques itin\u00e9raires permettent de grimper sur le Born, dont le fameux chemin des 1000 marches (1100 pour \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis). Ce chemin des 1000 marches est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 une relique datant de l\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 une conduite forc\u00e9e descendait du Born pour alimenter l\u2019usine \u00e9lectrique de Ruppoldingen. Il fallait alors pouvoir inspecter r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement la conduite.<\/p>

Ici, nous avons suivi le sentier montant directement depuis Aarburg, car le chemin des 1000 marches se trouve juste au-dessus de l\u2019autoroute. On souffre donc passablement du bruit. L\u00e0, le chemin, apr\u00e8s avoir franchi l\u2019Aar, monte de mani\u00e8re raide vers le H\u00f6fli et continue dans les sous-bois pour atteindre le pied de la paroi de rochers. Un petit passage am\u00e9nag\u00e9 avec des marches, permet de traverser les rochers et atteindre le plateau sommital.<\/p>

Depuis cet endroit, nous avons suivi le sentier balis\u00e9 descendant en pente assez douce en direction d\u2019Olten. Ce faisant, on suit le bord de la paroi et on a une vue sur l\u2019Aar et les quartiers se trouvant entre Aarburg et Olten.<\/p>

Arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 Olten, l\u2019itin\u00e9raire balis\u00e9 sugg\u00e8re de traverser l\u2019Aar sur une passerelle pr\u00e8s du pont ferroviaire. Il est toutefois beaucoup plus pittoresque de continuer le long de la rivi\u00e8re et contourner la piscine. Ce faisant, apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 la D\u00fcnnern, on peut traverser le vieux bourg d\u2019Olten et emprunter le magnifique pont couvert en bois. Ainsi, on passe devant la statue en bronze du Roi d\u2019Olten, un chat, dont les propri\u00e9taires habitaient la vieille ville. Ce chat, avait pour habitude d\u2019aller se promener dans la vieille ville et les \u00e9tablissements s\u2019y trouvant. Son nom, Toulouse, ne vient pas de la ville du sud-ouest de la France, mais du Suisse Allemand \u00ab\u00a0Du Luuser\u00a0\u00bb, qui pourrait se traduire \u00ab\u00a0toi, le filou\u00a0\u00bb. Toulouse est devenu c\u00e9l\u00e8bre loin \u00e0 la ronde, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9crivain Alex Capus.<\/p>
